With correct care, our raw bundles and wigs last 2–4 years. The key is gentle handling, minimal heat, and regular deep-conditioning treatments.

For hygiene reasons, all hair sales are final and non-refundable. We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if you believe your order is faulty.
